(2) Cod Civil<\/strong>, \u00een cazul \u00een care mo\u015ftenitorul, \u00een termen de <strong>3 luni<\/strong> din data \u00een care a aflat despre devolu\u0163iune \u015fi temeiul chem\u0103rii sale la mo\u015ftenire, fiind informat de notarul care desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 procedura succesoral\u0103 despre ini\u0163ierea acestei proceduri sau pe oricare alt\u0103 cale,&nbsp;nu va depune la notarul care desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 procedura succesoral\u0103, declara\u0163ia autentic\u0103 de renun\u0163are la mo\u015ftenire, se consider\u0103 c\u0103 mo\u015ftenitorul a acceptat implicit mo\u015ftenirea. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, c\u0103tre mo\u015ftenitor vor trece toate drepturile patrimoniale \u015fi obliga\u0163iile defunctului, cu excep\u0163ia celor care, prin natura lor,&nbsp; sunt legate \u00een mod inseparabil de persoana defunctului sau care, potrivit legii, nu se pot transmite de la o persoan\u0103 la alta.
